Fraser and Friends

‘Friday Night With Fraser and Friends’ is a fun, sometimes irreverent but always entertaining weekly show that goes out (you guessed it!) every Friday from 8-10pm. The show is hosted by Fraser Lindsay and is a mix of chat and great music. Fraser has been with the station since 2006 and has been presenting for the last 10 years. Fraser is joined by his regular co-hosts Mike, Callum and Aaron, who indulge in what can only be described as ‘liquid banter’. Subjects of discussion are truly eclectic and can include current affairs, wildlife, film & tv and possibly their favourite topic – biscuits!

Fraser and his friends are usually joined by a special guest who comes in to chat and/or perform. Guests range from local musicians, to firefighters and local councillors. Some truly fantastic live musical performances have been a hallmark of the show which can only be described as unmissable.

Regular segments of the show include ‘poets corner’, where the guest gives Mike or Aaron a subject to write a poem on for the next week’s show and Callum’s ‘weekend anthem’ where he chooses a song to get the weekend started.
